East coast gas surplus expected in third quarter 2024: ACCC
Australia’s east coast gas market is expected to have a six petajoule (PJ) surplus in the third quarter of 2024, even if the three LNG producers export all their uncontracted gas, according to the March 2024 interim gas inquiry report by the competition watchdog, the ACCC.

NZ Commerce Commission orders electricity company to repay customers $327K for overcharging
New Zealand’s competition enforcement agency The Commerce Commission has accepted enforceable undertakings from electricity lines company Eastland Network Limited for overcharging its customers $327,000 in the 2020 assessment period.

UK's Virgin Trains: leapfrog with Seatfrog into a First Class seat
